when i go to PayPal an error message reads "Sorry — your last action could not be complete" it goes on to say "If you were making a purchase or sending money, we recommend that you check both your PayPal account and your email for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes. Something needs to be fixed. I'm not that computer savvy to offer solutions to this problem. Internet Explorer is not giving me this hassle. I started using Firefox because of it's capability with PayPal, & security, now this... what is happening?
