Why is my "most visited" menu, showing sites from six months ago? I'm on the machine every day.

In the "most visited" drop down menu, I am seeing history of sites I haven't visited in six months. I am on the computer daily and visit a variety of sites, and thought that this menu would include mostly my recently visited sites rather than the sites visited at least six months ago. Someone else had access to my machine six months ago and these sites that keep popping up in the "most visited" menu, are sites visited by that user. Is this a problem?

The "Most Visited" list is based upon visit counts, so if you only see sites that you have visited a long time ago then that means that the visit count of the more recent visited sites is lower. You can either clear the History or remove older history. You can make the "Visit Count" column visible in the Bookmarks Manager via Views > Show Columns or via the right-click context menu of the header bar in the right pane. If you enter a common character like a dot (.) in the search bar then you can sort the entries by clicking the Visit Count header.
