I have many webpages containig picture links. They are linked by I did not have any troubles with this for many many years. This morning while I was editing one of the pages, all of a sudden the pictuers stopped appearing. The trouble is that it is happening in all my webpages, that are hundreds of them. The important points here are as follows: (1) It is not a missing link. The simbol that appears when it cannot find the link does not appear. Simply the space itself is missing. (2) When I look at the source code, is there safe and sound. (3) In fact when I tried it in IE, the page was OK with full pictures. (4) One thing what I was doing befor this happend was that I was clicking pictuers for"property" to get and copy the URL of each picture.

So, I have a feel that I changed something in the Firefox setting inadvertentlythat prevents Firefox to activate the code and get the pictures.

I have no idea where to go to re-set it.

I need help.

It is possible that you clicked "Block Images" in the right-click context menu by accident.

See:

  • You can see the permissions for the domain in the current tab in Tools > Page Info > Permissions
  • You can see all exceptions in Tools > Options > Content: Load Images > Exceptions
  • You can check the Tools > Page Info > Media tab for blocked images (scroll through all the images)
