Can't add new tabs, either from the File menu or clicking on the plus (+) sign...
Ever since I upgraded to v3.6.13, I cannot add another tab by clicking the Plus (+) sign or going to the File menu and clicking New Tab. The only way a new Tab is created is if you are on a site that opens a link in a new tab... I never had this problem before...

Try uninstalling the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and the current version of Firefox.

Click on Tools in the menu bar. Click on Add-ons. Find the Ask Toolbar add-on. Click uninstall.
