Convergys is a work from home company. They have an online site that tests the computers of people who are applying for a job. My firefox browser won't allow my computer to be tested. Can you tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks

I have Windows 7. But when I click on the test your computer icon, a pop up screen says that I must have at least windows 6 or better at a minimum. My windows 7 is better and should allow the test. When I use Internet explorer instead of Firefox everything works fine.

"Windows 6" is called Vista, 5.1 was WinXP, and 5.0 was Windows2000.

That website is probably looking for Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher. They may be using ActiveX on that website which is IE only. You're probably going to have to use IE on their website.
