Plus sign to add a tab is missing. There is no plus sign to add a tab.
There used to be a plus sign to the right of my tabs. I could click it and a new tab would open up. This is missing in Firefox 4.0?

Go to Firefox -Option -Toolbar Layout- restore default set and reinstall all ittems you have and the plus sign reappears
WHERE is the Firefox>Option>Toolbar Layout found?
Upper left-hand corner of screen. I've uploaded an image - see below. (I think if you click the little image below it it will pop up in a bigger way.)
