I cannot use the bidproapp feature on quibids
the quibids site works fine, but it is not letting me use the bidproapp features cause it keeps asking me for an email and password

You need to sign up for a membership with BidProApp.
Join the mailing list (http://bidproapp.com/quibids/) and you will be notified when there are openings.
The plugin by itself doesn't do anything without one of the exclusive memberships.
