The crash is reporting a problem with the McAfee Site Advisor (mcffplg.dll), try uninstalling the McAfee Site Advisor and see if you can then start Firefox.

Hi TonyE,

Thank you so much for your help, I just managed to do it today :) I installed Firefox 3.6.13 and not confident to use Firefox 4 again. What do you think?

And about McAfee Site Advisor, should I re-install it or leave it out?

Another question if you don't mind please... just curious why suddenly Firefox having problems with McAfee Site Advisor after many many years?
