I have tried setting the home page to blank but it keeps re-loading the page I just visited. I have followed the instructions but to no avail.Frustrated. Please advise

the startup page keeps re-loading the last site I just visisted. I have followed the steps in the help section to stop this. I keep trying to use a blank but it does not seem to take hold. Either I am doing something wrong or there is a flaw. I have never had this issue occur in the past with any version of Firefox until this new version 4 was loaded.

You might check the suggestions in this thread from a few days ago, especially regarding a possibly corrupt session restore file:

Thanks man it works. but I am still not a fan of this newer version yet. Maybe in time. We will see.
