AUTOFILL has disappeared from my browser

I have had the little pencil icon for the add-on AUTOFILL attached to my browser for ages, but yesterday it just disappeared. Has anyone got any idea why it has vanished?

It was a very useful add on to fill in forms quickly. Its still in my list of add-ons and its enabled so I don't know why its not appearing on my browser any more.
