Provided the netbook has a USB port, you can transfer files between systems using one of those. They're pretty cheap these days and you can usually get a 4GB drive for about $5
Incidentally, some of your plugins are seriously out of date which potentially exposes your system to attack. Please update the following a.s.a.p.
- Adobe Flash via http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
- Adobe Shockwave For Director via http://get.adobe.com/shockwave/
- Adobe Reader via http://get.adobe.com/reader/?promoid=BUIGO
- Java via http://www.java.com/en/
Here's the relevant Adobe security advisory: http://www.adobe.com/support/security/advisories/apsa11-02.html
If you experience a problem installing Java, click the Firefox button, go to Add-ons, then Plugins and disable the Yahoo ActiveX plugin.
