4.0.1 problems
Since the upgrade, the first window opened in any session refuses to open links in Tabs, only new windows. My Bookmarks toolbar refuses my instruction to display. All Sync account settings and info seem to be lost.

My Windows XP installation is fine, but my Vista installation does exactly what Chinaplate reports above. Would the different OSs be relevant?
