What does "can't find profile" mean? can't even get the download started
trying to download for the first time. It gives the option to "run, save, or run and save" So I click to "run and save" After giving the option to begin running the message is "cannot find profile" Then that's it- ?

Save the Firefox setup file, then double-click that file to install Firefox.
