it says profile is missing
On 1 person it said it was running already. Unistalled, reinstalled, now still having same problem when I go to install on 1 person won't let me says profile is missing

Missed that you already had a reply. But I think the solution has to be based on how you are opening the profile. Profile names are case sensitive.
