Under the "tools" section I do not have access to clear search & form history, it is greyed out. All the other boxes are fine and I can check or uncheck. The only one seemingly blocked from me is the search and form history.

Is that feature enabled?
- Tools > Options > Privacy > History: "Remember search and form history"
