I want to block some kids from my son's Facebook profile, if I block them using FB he will just unblock them. I've tried altering the hosts file but it doesn't work unless I block FB entirely. Is there a way to block pages from a site without blocking the entire site?

Not sure but try this:

-> Go to your son's page on Facebook

  • Right-click empty space within the page and click View Page Info
  • In the Page Info window, select the Permissions panel and change the setting to Block for all options
  • Close the Page Info window -> Restart Firefox

Check and tell if its working.

I did that and it won't let me log in to his page, it also says that cookies need to be enabled which is something he would figure out how to change. Like I said, I don't want to block him from FB, I just want to block him from seeing certain kids that are on there so they can't be friends.

oh okay .. now i understand ... earlier i thought you wanted to block some kids on your computer from accessing your son's page on Facebook..

i don't think you can be able to do that ... you should better ask Facebook Technical Support about this..
