I updated my Firefox now it don't work at all. It says it wont work on this version of OS X.I still have OS X 10.4.11 How can I go back to the one that will work?

As of Firefox 4.0 and newer a Intel Mac and OSX 10.5+ is required.
For a Intel Mac with OSX 10.4.11 the last release to work is the Firefox 3.6.* where the current 3.6.20 can be found at http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html
