When I was able to install the google toolbar, my searches always listed Australian searches first. Now I always have to take the extra step to go into the Advanced searches and then select my location. This is very annoying. Can you help?

try this one:

In the address bar, type "about:config", which will give you a large list of the configuration options and press I'LL BE CAREFUL, I PROMISE.

In the filter box, type "keyword"

Find and Double click the keyword.url line and overwrite with the following: http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&cr=countryAU&tbs=ctr%3AcountryAU&q=

tell us if this working for you, thank you

Hi,

Thanks but unfortunately, that didn't work. I even shut down the computer & restarted but to no avail. Any other ideas?
