why can't I get a live person to talk to or a telephone # to call with the problem?
Both of AOL toolbar and google toolbars have stopped working. The AOL toolbar disappeared. Why can't you talk to a real person? What's the telephone # for Firefox?
I am so frustrated and not going to use Firefox any more.

Sorry, Mozilla doesn't offer telephone support for Firefox. It's this forum or IRC, when it is open and staffed.
Google stopped updating their Google Toolbar for Firefox - it's dead. Yahoo hasn't come up with an update for Firefox 6, AFAIK. Check with Yahoo support for details.
