All my toolbars are hidden. I do not get the "customize" function when I right click in the area at the top of the screen. How do I get them back?

Accidentally hid all the toolbars. I no longer have the toolbar that says File, Edit, etc. I no longer have Bookmarks. I was trying to get rid of something, so clicked on toolbars, then unchecked certain things, and now the only thing at the top of the screen is "most visited" "getting started" and "latest headlines". I tried right-clicking in the areas at the top, but a customize function did not appear in a drop down. How can I find and reestablish the toolbars?

Make sure that you do not run Firefox in full screen mode (press F11 or Fn + F11 to toggle; Mac: command+Shift+F).
