FF is not displaying pages completely, blank spaces

Try #2 - FF is not displaying all elements of a webpage. Headers, graphics, images, buttons etc. are often missing. EX: www.gizmag.com. In Safari the entire page is visible. In FF the 5 pictures above the main story are not visible nor is the Gizmag logo above them (just not there though rollover shows it clickable). I have tried every preference and disabling add-ons. No luck. Can anyone help. AS much as I like FF I am about to switch browsers as I can't tell what is going on in more complicated pages. Thanks.

Make sure that you allow pages to choose their colors and that you haven't enabled High Contrast in the Accessibility settings.
