how do I open an inactive account?
I had a Firefox account on my previous iMac and now I can't seem to download it on the newer iMac, even though it shows on my dock. When I try to open it, I get the Whoops error message every time.

Do you mean a Firefox Sync account or a Firefox profile on that computer that you want to restore?
I believe it is Firefox profile since Sync is new to me.
