How do I get Firefox to save a NEW password for a website that had a previous username and password saved?

I changed my password (but not my username) on a website but can't figure out how to get Firefox to save it. The pop-up box asking if I want Firefox to remember my password doesn't appear, I assume because it is not the first time I have logged into the website. I keep having to type in the new password.

I have a macBook running OS 10.6.8.

I am running Firefox 7.0.1.

The website may be using autocomplete=off to prevent Firefox from saving the name and password.

You can remove autocomplete=off with a bookmarklet to make Firefox save the name and password.

Go to Tools/Options/Security... Saved Passwords -- click on the one you want removed and hit Remove to delete the old, when you go to the site again FF will do the Save Password routine again for the new.
