Firefox crashes
All the time. Even in safe mode. I send the damn reports every time it crashes. You have them.

When you send "us" a crash report it just goes into a giant data base. In order to help you we need the crash id. See these instructions - they show you how to get the crash id even if you can't start Firefox.
