When I try to start Firefox, i get a message that it had crashed and is sending crash report. I uninstalled it and loaded a latest version. However, i am continuing to get the same message and it is not starting at all. I tried starting it while pressing the shift key, but am still getting the same message. Pl. help

do you have threatfire installed? do you run OS on Administrator or others user account?
