after upgrade i try to start Firefox or open a new page a msg window pops up - Java Script Application load:Type Error: Components.classes['@checkpoint.com/XPCOMTrustCheckerMozilla/TrustCheckerMozilla;1'] is undefined. - what can i do?
the pop up message appears every time I open Firefox or open a new window within Firefox. I cannot start Firefox or open a new window until I press ok or hit the red x button in the window.

Faulty extension that is using "checkpoint Trust Checker" code. There's a number of extensions which use that code and could be at fault, you need to figure out which one is causing that error message and disabled it or update it.

Probably something from ZoneAlarm, so you can start with disabling ZA extensions.
i know enough about computers to be dangerous - to me! even when clicking on the link to reply that Java warning window pops up. and when connecting to net 2 pages come up - Mozilla's page and my home page though it shows up in mobile view. and my toolbars are gone. should I download Firefox upgrade again? this has never been a problem before when upgrading. thank you for your time.
