there is NO import topic under file, so I cannot import my old bookmarks. I am upgrading from XP to Win7 32 bit. I saved my old bookmarks from xp and now cannot import them in win7. how do I enable import ?

You can find the Import menu entry in the Bookmarks Manager (Library)
- Bookmarks > Show All Bookmarks > Import & Backup > Import Data from Another Browser
