I updated Firefox today and also installed Norton Antivirus 2012. Now when I try to play videos from YouTube or Hulu.com I am unable to do so and most times the videos appear jumbled and then the websites crash. How do I fix this?

Perform the suggestions mentioned in the following articles:
- Clear Cookies & Cache
- Clear the Network Cache
- use shortkeys command + 0 (zero) to Reset Zoom
Check and tell if its working.
