Error - Video not found - when clicking on url in email
I clicked on a URL in an email which opened a new window in which I should be able to view a video. The page indicates no video found. Doing the same in a different browser, other than Firefox, I am able to view the video. Am I missing an Add On, or is there something else needed? Thanks, Bob

You are using an outdated version of Firefox.please upgrade your browser to Firefox 10 and check

Thanks for your help. I am a new Firefox user and I am in the process of learning to use. it. After upgrading to version 10 I found the Adobe plug-in needed. Thanks Again. Bob
