The Mozilla WHITE start page is blocking the upper left Firefox to Print to Print Preview, so i can not see what is on the Printer Glass
The BIG WHITE MOSTLY BLANK , MOZILLA START PAGE was blocking my use of PRINT PREVIEW, from the orange "Firefox" in the upper left corner. I was told i was using an out of date version of Firefox. But no "click here to update". So i downloaded the new edition of Firefox. And still, i can not see PRINT PREVIEW, because the large white screen of the MOZILLA START PAGE is blocking it. I have selected a background wallpaper, so would rather not see ANY of the BIG WHITE START PAGE, at all !! HEEEELP,,,,,,

Hi,
Can you please post a screenshot of the start page when it is blocking the print preview. Please note that you may have to change to the tab of the site to be printed to see the print preview of the page. If the problem persists, please also check in Safe Mode.
Hello,
Could you please provide a screenshot so we could see what is blocking your print preview and what's wrong with the blank page. Did you update to the latest 10.0.2 version, cause you provided the info that you have Firefox 8.0.1 Did you try opening firefox in Safe Mode ? Before trying Safe Mode, you should also try setting the blank page to something else and see if the problem is still there.
If you loose your problem in Safe Mode try disabling all add-ons and turning on one by one and see what maybe causes the problem.
'Safe mode', what is that ? You are talking to a human being, not a geek. i updated to 10.2,,, but problem persists. Also don't know how to do a 'screen shot', as if everybody did.
Was told i was not using the most updated software. No click here to update, which would have been easier. So downloaded newest 10.0.2 , and the big white expase of the Mozilla start page, even tho i have a dynamic wallpaper, blocks the view of Print Preview. Don't know how to do a 'screen shot',,, do you really think Obama does?! Thanks for your help, but this is rudimentary. There should be an easier fix. And easier 'click here to update' button. Thank you. Wanna try again, in English?
Im sorry for a late answer...
You can screenshot something by clicking PrintScreen SysRq on your pad next to the NUM one. Now you should open your Paint application that supports image clipboard. Paste it there, and save it as untitled.png
Now you can attach it in your reply by clicking below "Browse"...
I hope this helped,
