There are several solutions that I've heard Norton tell people. One is to redownload and reinstall Norton, the other is to run all Norton updates until there are no more, then restart your computer. http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-360/Firefox-11-Support-for-Norton-Toolbar/td-p/679053
