How do i prevent my firefox from crashing constantly?

All my browsers are constantly crashing! It's getting to the point where I can't do anything. HELP!

You could look at firefox crashes, that includes troubleshooting advice and tips.

If after following that advice and doing updates all browsers crash; that tends to indicate a system wide problem rather than a Firefox specific problem.
