I currently have FF 12 and am running windows 7. My problem is now whenever I open FF it acts normal and will load my home page but when you click anything on the page the toolbar, home and other buttons in top right corner, and the minimize and exit buttons blur and gray out and you can't click them. The page becomes unresponsive and I can't even close it down, even right clicking the icon and telling it to close the window does nothing. The only way I can shut it down is by task manager. I just started having this problem today, how can I fix it?

Start Firefox in -> Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if your add-ons/extension are causing the problem.

See this article too -> "Firefox is already running but is not responding" error - How to fix

Check and tell if its working.

Ok, starting it in safe mode did make it work again. I followed through the troubleshooting for the extensions and themes but my off my extensions were disabled and I only have the firefox 12 theme, so neither of those should be causing my problems. I also don't have any add-ons.

Try to disable hardware acceleration.

If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

See this article -> The problem does not occur in Safe Mode

Check and tell if its working after Turning Off Hardware Acceleration.
