I did an image search for Halloween on Google Images. When I found one I liked, I went to the "see full image" feature. I then right clicked on the image and selected "Set As Desktop Background". Dialogue pop up window appeared asking if I wanted to center, tile or stretch. When I clicked save, nothing happened. Didn't save image nor change the Desktop Background.

Has this option/function been removed with the most recent version of Firefox, is it a setting or ???

If you can't do this via Firefox then save the image to a folder and manually set that image as the desktop background. Firefox may be saving the image to the wrong location.
