why won't Firefox remember ALL paswords. It will not remember any passwords for my financial institutions.
I have saved several passwords, but when I try to save the password for my bank or mortgage company, it will not save them.

hello rcafretd, websites can specify if browsers should be able to save username/passwords (through the autocomplete="off" attribute in the login form in the html source code) and many banks choose to do this presumably to increase security.
you can either install an addon or use a bookmarklet to circumvent this behaviour.

I downloaded the add-on, but I still can't get my bank to remember the password. Right clicking does not show anything about saving passwords.
Does the bookmarklet confirm that there are form or input fields with an autocomplete=off attribute?
That site may be using other means like JavaScript to create the form that may not work with Firefox.
Can you post a link to the log in page?
