What's that about "hints"?
How is email related to Firefox?
Or are you referring to Thunderbird?

FireFox is my browser...I get my Email...I try to read it...it opens for a second and then it goes..(.Blue line ) Opps...we can not find this... I went to Help... " Firefox cannot load certian websites"....I followed this.... Hints on ways to fix this...no go...Sorry

Are you using webmail? Otherwise how can you open it? I had a similar problem with Firefox some years ago. I saved my bookmarks and passwords and then completly removed and reinstalled Firefox. Problem solved.
