why does pop up blocker continue to work when , you have it switched off
I have pop up blocker turned off, but it continues to block even when I add to safe list. I try to read my company email through outlook web, it blocks each email from opening and I have to open in a new tap in order to read it. I want to flat out turn it off.

It is possible that you run into this pop-up maximum (the default value is 20).
