How can I revert back to ver 16. from ver 17
I have installed ver 17 over the top of ver 16. Norton Identy Safe no longer works. This is a major problem for me. How can I revert back to ver 16 without losing all my associated data.

Did you see this thread? Norton Identity Safe no longer works with Firefox 17.0.1 Does that help?
