toolbars reset when close program

running 16. because 17 keeps crashing. I had my 'weather' toolbar up at the top. toolbar migrated to addon bar. can't customize it, move it. if i move other options on the addon bar - when i reopen firefox back where they were. and the weather toolbar is not listed in view

You can check for problems with the localstore.rdf file that stores the toolbar customization.
