The Firefox logo does not appear in the upper left-hand corner when I load the browser, so I can't access ways to customize.

How can I follow troubleshooting process if the Firefox logo does not appear in the upper left-hand corner when I open Firefox?

press alt+f and menu appears and select trobuleshooting information form help.

Pressed Alt and letter "f" and no menu appeared. Still no Firefox logo appears.

You get the orange Firefox menu button if the menu bar is hidden.
