1 Does this indicate ONLY the user has decryption keys?
2 for contrast: under subpoena can mozilla decrypt information stored on the sync server?
If 2=true, 1=false necessarily

1 = Yes
- edit - but anyone with access to a device connected to the Sync account also can access the key. The key is stored within Firefox data files.
2 = No, Mozilla doesn't have access to he decryption key.
