How do I add a cookie?
I mistakenly deleted an important cookie for google. How to I add it back to the list of allowed cookies?

Not sure that I entirely understand what your problem is, but making it so that Google can always use cookies should remedy your problem.
To do this go on Tools > Options > Privacy tab.
Under the History section, navigate the drop down list and select the option for Firefox to use custom settings for history.
A slew of options should appear, and you want to click on the 'Exceptions' button. Type Google.com (or whatever country code you use) and then press the 'Allow' button. This means that Google will always be allowed to use cookies on your computer, it this should stop it from happening again.
I'm a Windows user so I apologise if any of options are in different places on the OSX version, but I imagine you got the jist.
