Each time I go to send a message I get that box to fill out for scam protection.
After typing a message and I hit send. I get a message to fill out the letters to check for possible scam. It happens every time.

Also, update Firefox Update Firefox to the latest release
This sounds like a security measure imposed by your webmail site. Do they have any help or support page explaining why they might be doing that?
