my HDD failed thus I have no access to previous Firefox profile, I have my sync user and password but no sync key, is there a way to recover the sync key?

As stated above my hard drive died and i have no access to get the sync key/recovery key,

I do however have access to the user and pass, is there a way to recover my data(passwords, bookmarks etc) as i would truly hate to start afresh,

If you didn't write down or otherwise save your sync key, then no, there is no way to get that back unfortunately
