I know people are sending me emails but I am not receiving them and I believe they are not receiving mine.
The amout of e-mails I receive is greatly reduced and I have not heard from friends who normally send me jokes etc on a daily basis. I sent out an e-mail asking them to reply but I only ot one reply out of a dozen. I feel that my e-mails are either being intercepted or diverted elsewhere. My ISP is Virgin Media. They have checked all my settings and tested sennding me an e-mail and everything worked.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail".
Have you checked your Spam folder?

Hello BarbaraWray,
check your spam box, if some of your receiving emails goes there for some reason, and not in your inbox. Check also if your inbox is full and you must delete a few mails to receive new ones(if you have specific capacity from your mail client), Firefox is a web browser and not related with the specific email issue.
