A copy of Firefox is already open. Only one copy of Firefox can be open at a time.
I am not able to find the open Firefox on my Desk Top running MAC OS X (10.7.5). On a 2.7 Ghz Intel Core i5
How do I clear this issue in simple terms. Tried following other post but nothing works.

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from an existing profile to the new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.
