%APPDATA% is shorthand for the C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\ folder (Windows 7/Vista) or the C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\ folder (Windows XP), which depends on your Windows user account name.
I have no folders named "appdata" or "application data"
ALSO "Open the Charms and select Search." what is CHARMS??????
People like me just speak english, not some CODE!!!
