When I try to sign into Support, I am automatically logged back out... the only way this one might work is because I hit the STOP button to keep it from signing me back out...

WHy is Firefox Support signing me back out automatically before I can reply to my own support question??

Clear the cache and the cookies from the support.mozilla.org website

"Clear the Cache":

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

This is the same issue that I am having.

In order to get in right now, I had to press the stop button to stop it from redirecting me.

I have tried the following:

  • Starting Firefox in Safe Mode
  • Using other browsers
  • Clearing cache, cookies, and forum data
  • Have restarted my computer

I've tried all of the above and nothing has worked! Help!

it was just a temporary glitch on the server side that should be fixed now!

Thank you!

It is fixed now. I assumed that it was just a server glitch, but when I saw this question I had to comment.

I was getting kicked on immediately as a forum page was completing the loading of all the files. That was happening on all my Firefox 4.0 - Plus versions, but I was able to login properly with my old Namoroka 3.6.29pre version which is what I am using right now. And was just able to login with Firefox 24 again.

Meanwhile, I decided to run a full AV scan - Justin Case - and the damn speaker in the tower is chirping like a bird right now, so I'm out of here to let Avira do its' thing.

For what it's worth, I had the same problem in IE8 during that time.
