I constantly have to clear FF's cache whenever webpages don't load properly. It has been a problem for a while now (many months) and there is still no solution.

I've tried resetting the browser to factory settings and the problem persists.

Make sure you not running Firefox in (permanent) Private Browsing mode.

If you not using Private Browsing Mode

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > History>
  • Firefox will: "Use custom settings for history":
  • Select: [x] Accept Cookies from sites
    • Accept third party cookies: "From Visited"
  • Keep until "They Expire"
  • Deselect: [ ] "Clear history when Firefox closes"

If you use cleanup software like CCleaner then check the settings for the Firefox application.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

Do you have a Samsung PC with Samsung Support Center installed?

Ughhh. I do indeed have one!

Thanks! I have removed it and hopefully the issue should be resolved.
