my videos won't play from my email or on web why
I see the video rectangle and when i move my mouse there a block tab on the top right of the rectangle pops up an it wont play at all . I need to view these videos as part of my job and it is hurting my business, please help.

You can check for problems with current Flash plugin versions and try these:
- disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
- disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin

Install latest version of Adobe Flash Player form this link http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
